Overview
STRATON X is seeking motivated, disciplined, and people-focused independent contractors to educate residents about available community solar programs and assist eligible customers with enrollment.
Responsibilities
- Conduct face-to-face outreach in assigned or self-selected communities
- Explain community solar accurately and clearly
- Help customers understand eligibility and available project terms
- Assist qualified customers through the enrollment process
- Maintain accurate records
- Represent STRATON X professionally
- Follow all compliance, privacy, and customer-protection requirements
- Participate in contractor orientation and ongoing product updates
Ideal candidates
- Strong communicators
- Self-motivated and performance-driven
- Comfortable working outdoors
- Able to manage their own schedule
- Reliable transportation
- Valid driver's license
- Comfortable using mobile sales tools
Sales or solar experience is helpful but not required.

Compensation is commission based and varies according to individual performance and verified enrollments.
